Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QOVO platform, including our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using QOVO in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service. QOVO operates in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Ukraine.
2. Who We Are
QOVO is a platform that connects clients who need professional vehicle inspections with certified independent inspectors. QOVO acts as an intermediary — we do not perform inspections ourselves and are not responsible for the outcome of any individual inspection.
3. Who Can Use QOVO
You may use QOVO only if you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. QOVO is available in two roles — as a Client or as an Inspector. Each role has specific rights and responsibilities described in these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To use QOVO, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, or use another person's account without permission.
5. Client Terms
As a client, you use QOVO to find and book certified vehicle inspectors. By booking an inspection, you agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle and inspection location, show up or grant access at the agreed time, and pay the agreed fee through the QOVO platform. QOVO does not guarantee any specific outcome of an inspection. Inspection reports reflect the professional judgment of the inspector at the time of inspection and are not a substitute for legal or financial advice.
6. Inspector Terms
As an inspector, you use QOVO to offer your professional vehicle inspection services. By joining, you confirm that you hold the necessary qualifications, certifications, and permissions to perform inspections in your area of operation. You agree to perform all inspections professionally and in good faith, provide accurate and complete reports, show up at the agreed time and location, and comply with all applicable laws. QOVO reserves the right to suspend or remove any inspector who receives consistent negative reviews, submits inaccurate reports, or violates these Terms.
7. Payments
All payments on QOVO are processed securely through Stripe. Clients pay for inspections through the platform. Inspectors receive payouts according to the schedule and terms set out in their inspector agreement. QOVO charges a service fee on each completed order, displayed at the time of booking. Refunds may be issued in cases of inspector no-shows or cancellations. Payment disputes should be submitted to our support team.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel a booking free of charge up to a certain time before the scheduled inspection. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific cancellation window and fees are displayed at the time of booking. If an inspector cancels or fails to appear, the client will receive a full refund. QOVO reserves the right to apply penalties to inspectors who repeatedly cancel bookings.
9. Prohibited Conduct
When using QOVO, you agree not to: impersonate any person or entity; submit false or misleading information; manipulate reviews or ratings; use the platform for unlawful activity; arrange transactions outside the QOVO platform; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; or use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform without our written permission. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on QOVO — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to QOVO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Inspection reports generated through QOVO are the property of the client who commissioned them, subject to the inspector's right to retain a copy.
11. Limitation of Liability
QOVO provides the platform and tools to connect clients and inspectors. We are not a party to the inspection contract between a client and an inspector and are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any inspection. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QOVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or property damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to QOVO in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QOVO harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your interaction with other users on the platform.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. QOVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if your continued use poses a risk to other users or to QOVO. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of QOVO after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, including the GDPR where applicable, and the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable EU law.
